This week Jynx and Alisha have actually read, Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain. The book hasn't aged all that well, but we here at Overbooked love Anthony Bourdain, so we give it a lot of leeway. Plus, it has some pretty great tips for what to look for in a restaurant and what you need to cook like a real chef. Also, strap in readers because Jynx and Alisha are very fired up about Thanksgiving, and if you come to Thanksgiving with quinoa, you will be sent home.
